Meet the Dance Revolutionaries
Meet Leah Cairns, once a dancer, now a dance parent. A few years ago, as her kids took up dancing, she found herself echoing her mother's age-old question: What in the world do we do with these gorgeous yet pricey dance costumes? Leah's own decades-old costumes had been following her from home to home, crammed into storage bins. With no solution in sight, Leah decided to take matters into her own hands. She partnered with her business-savvy husband, Kevin, and voilà! The Dance Rack came to life

We're more than a platform to buy and sell gently-used dance costumes. We're about creating a supportive, sustainable dance community. Our mission is to make the process of passing on your costumes as convenient as possible.
But the benefits extend beyond just convenience. You're also contributing to a more sustainable dance world. Any costumes that don't sell within a specific timeframe get a chance to serve the community through our Sequins & Sustainability Program.
