Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. In cases of shipping delays, we will do our best to help resolve the issue but cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, such as natural disasters or carrier-related issues.

Returns and Exchanges

Given that we operate as a consignment store, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

  • Eligible Items: Only items that are in their original condition and have not been worn, altered, or washed are eligible for return.

  • Timeline: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note that the original seller of the item is paid out after the 31-day return window, so it's essential to initiate a return within this timeframe.

Lost or Damaged Packages

For lost or damaged packages, please contact our customer support immediately. While we strive to ensure the safe and secure delivery of all packages, we are not responsible for carrier mishandling. We will, however, assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Additional Fees

At this time, there are no additional handling or import fees for orders within Canada. For orders outside of Canada, customers should consult their local customs office for information on additional fees or duties.
